| Disasters of any type have been taken precedence over every other part of system design after the September 11, 2001 attack on WTO towers. Disaster recovery had been always a prime concern for the Firstline’s team even prior to 9/11 attacks. The Tiruvarur e-governance experiment commenced during April 1999.
