| How TrueHealthemr works? |
| It has provisions to enrol patients as members. Each and every patient gains a permanent number so that his/her heath profile is available online for ready reference. Once a patient enters the OP, the ERP keeps track of all future visits of the patient. The patient’s record is invoked in wards, pharmacy, admin wing, Financial Accounting wing etc. Each patient, whether a member or non member has access to the online web pages of the hospital thus enabling them to register their names seeking appointment with doctors. |
| At the hospital administration wing such patients present themselves and obtain the visitor’s slip thus enabling the doctors to know the presence of patients for the day. The doctors in turn have a facility to confirm or decline appointments sought by the patients. They can do this literally from anywhere as the data is posted online. Each doctor has a user ID and password and thus each one has access to the online data irrespective of their geographical location. The online data includes the patients’ profile and electronic medical records. It enables them to review the patient’s profile even while travelling in the car. The administration wing has its task cut out as the patients themselves have access to register their names. All they have to do is to incorporate additional details, if required thus achieving full data on the patients. |
| The IP admission task carried out by the admin wing is directly correlated to the medical advice given by the doctors. They can also admit patients directly. This procedure enables them to allocate rooms/beds. This again is linked to financial accounting procedure. |
| The financial accounting wing as its task made easier as the system keeps a tight control over the menus involving financial transactions. Wherever account sub heads are not prescribed, the system would not allow the users to operate the menus. In such cases the system issues an alert to the user to contact the software administrator. Each and every credit is automatically made on operation of the menus which are identified by the system as Financial Account menus. As it is a fully integrated system, wherever the users operate these menus, it means some service had been rendered to the patient and the system generates the debits which automatically get reported to the Financial Accounting wing. |
| The management can view the dues from any patient at any point of time. There is a provision for viewing projected accruals as well.There is a link to pharmacy, blood bank, ward visits of doctors and nurses, material management, HRD management, pharmacy management, clinical labs and so on. |
